  We found Crete homes by accident and have found them from our first contact with them to be above and beyond what we would have expected. They are honest, genuine and very reliable. We did find others but very quickly went back with Crete homes as others just did not offer an honest or trusting service. We have since brought from Crete homes and found the service before and after to be excellent to the point we have now instructed them on a new build for us. Nothing is to much trouble and you are never made to feel like a second rate citizen. Do not make the mistake of thinking there friendliness is a sales pitch. It is not.   We bought the house in 1998 and we sold it 2021. Both with Crete Homes. But we did not only use Crete Homes as a realtor. In all these years there were a lot of orders that we gave to Crete Homes as an architecture-office. And each order to Manolis Peponis' office was executed precisely, professionally and correctly. Even the necessary contacts with offices, boards, authorities, lawyers etc.
