A very interesting renovation project here. The property comprises several houses and rooms that were used for the animals, over different levels, some linked internally with a total size of approx.170m2.
The whole property needs renovation, even the more modern rooms which have concrete floors and ceilings. The other rooms have earth floors and traditional bamboo ceilings and wooden beams, with a thin layer of cement on top. Many original features remain such as stone door and window frames, niches and a traditional fireplace. Some of the outside stonework has been repaired. There are no sanitation facilities, but there is water and electricity.
Road access for a small vehicle is close, with parking a little more distant.
Where a roof has fallen in, an internal courtyard could be created. There are lovely views from a few of the windows and the creation of a roof terrace or upper terraces, would give the most marvellous views down over the valley, to the sea and the distant mountains.
