At the head of the team is Emmanuel Peponis. During his 28 years of running his own architectural practice, he realised that the traditional architect’s working methods do not always measure up to the needs of the individual homeowner.  At Crete Homes Architect Division, we work closely with our customers to offer them a service which allows them to take advantage of the skills of quality architects, whilst keeping control of what they want to achieve with their project and how much they want to spend.   Therefore, the combination of mutual understanding, analysis and feedback gives a unique service for the homeowner that is customer friendly, cost effective and good quality.

Through our legal and registered architectural practice, topographic surveys can be arranged and all necessary architectural and structural papers prepared, in order to pave the way along the complicated road through all the required phases, to finally obtaining a Building Permit.
