VILLAGE HOUSE FOR RENOVATION
A village house of 100m2 upon which renovation works were unfortunately begun but not completed. This does give the opportunity however for the new owner to modify the rooms (with correct Building Permit if needed) to suit their own needs and requirements.
At present the house has on the ground floor two rooms plus an open space where there is a (non-flushing) toilet. Upstairs are two rooms plus a breeze block wall to make a third room where a bathroom was planned.
The upper floor has a new electric system, but not the lower floor. There is water at the house.
From the upper floor there are partial sea views, but the creation of a roof terrace would give wonderful panoramic views over the village, the countryside, the hills and down to the sea and mountains beyond.
The property is located in a small lane with access for motor scooter. Car access is at about 100 metres and car parking a little further away.
