OLD STONE HOUSE FOR RENOVATION
A very interesting project for renovation. This old stone house has a wonderful little courtyard with a beautiful stone oven. There is a collapsed room to the side which could be rebuilt to give a larger house, or retained to enlarge the courtyard.
The main building has three rooms: One with a fireplace, one main room with a typical niche feature and a large back room divided by a wide stone arch. Ceilings are wooden or earth and floors are concrete or earth. The main front door and a side window have retained the lovely original stone frames.
Although the property has no utilities, these are all easily connected and the village is on a main central sewage system. There is direct road access and car parking close by. The house is on a flat road and is a couple of minutes’ walk to the main part of Latsida with its tavernas and cafeneions.
