CORNER HOUSE FOR RENOVATION
A two storey house of approx. 133m2 with living space on the upper floor comprising five rooms, one of which opens out onto a terrace of approx. 8m2 with valley and countryside views; one was the old kitchen with sink and fireplace; one has an another independent entrance.
Floors and ceilings are of concrete. Water and electric are connected and working although there are no toilet facilities.
The lower ground floor has earthen floors and needs a lot more renovation work, especially the front walls which are part stone and part breeze block
There is no direct road access, but the land has wide steps and car parking is close.
